Organisational Structure

The organisation has a board of trustees expected to meet several times a year to deliberate on important issues as well as take meaningful decisions. This mandate will be streamlined with the help of a project consultant who draws up programmes to maximally utilise the available resources as well as complement the efforts of the various departments.

However, the day-to-day activities are to be overseen by the executive director who assigns duties to Programme Manager (Training and Outreach), Programme Manager (Media and Publicity) and Programme Manager (Administration and Staff Welfare). The managers are to coordinate activities in their departments.
